International Women's Day is Tuesday, March 8. In celebrating the past economic, political, and social achievements of women, men need to remember that it is also our responsibility to help build on these successes.

We've created this International Women's Day resources page for men who want to stand up for equality both inside and outside the workplace, and we'll be updating it continuously through March 8.

Essential Resources
Gender equality makes good business sense. But it also transforms lives, strengthens families, benefits communities, and helps grow economies. We make the case for inclusion in the two essential resources linked below.

International Women's Day isn't about men taking a backseat. It's about allies everywhere taking a stand and making specific commitments towards progress.

To that end, International Women's Day and EY have organized a #PledgeForParity campaign on their website. You make a simple choice: which action will you take March 8 (and beyond) to support gender equality?
  1. Help women and girls achieve their ambitions
  2. Challenge conscious and unconscious bias
  3. Call for gender-balanced leadership
  4. Value women and men's contributions equally
  5. Create inclusive, flexible cultures
Make your pledge! Visit the International Women's Day pledge page to find our more about how #PledgeForParity benefits individuals and organizations.

Tell us about your pledge. We've created a space in MARC Social for you to share your pledge and discuss your how you're going to follow through. The pledge is a committment, so sharing your plans with the community can help keep you accountableand generate new ideas for your inclusion efforts. Share your pledge!

Instant inspiration. Sharing a quote might not seem like much, but it's a simple way to accomplish something much more important: positioning yourself as a visible advocate for gender parity.

Below, we've pulled four quotes from MARC blogs that demonstrate solidarity with women.
