MARC Leaders

MARC Leaders is an immersive program focused on engaging men as change agents. Delivered in a variety of formats, including a 1.5 day Workshop and half-day Executive Session, participants will develop their capacity to bring greater diversity to the workplace.

The MARC Leaders Workshop
MARC's premier offering, this intensive workshop allows time for participants to process and internalize what they are learning, with the goal of leaving with intentional next steps and the support to stay engaged in the months to come. Topics such as dominant culture, privilege, and unconscious bias are approached head on.

The MARC Leaders Executive Dialogue
The MARC Leaders Executive Dialogue is a unique program for senior leaders and executives that raises awareness and generates interest in supporting and promoting workplace equity. The MARC Leaders Executive Dialogue introduces concepts critical to sustained collaboration between men and women leaders who champion inclusion. This flexible service includes half-day to full-day options to suit the demanding executive schedule.
