First of all, you should know what your syllabus is. Sometimes there are deductions of certain topics for even chapters. So, as a student appearing for the CBSE board exam, you should have knowledge about your syllabus so as to waste minimum or zero time in preparing.
It’s OK to have difficulty in new topics introduced in your class 10 syllabus like arithmetic progressions and trigonometry. For these chapters, NCERT may seem very easy and you will feel very confident while doing NCERT back exercise questions. But, in your final exam, you will notice that there are some high-level question patterns that you have never seen in your NCERT. Surface Areas and Volumes is a chapter that contributes to most of the formulas in your formula sheet. Many students get mixed up with curved surface areas, total surface areas, and perimeters. So, students are suggested to provide extra concentration while doing questions of this chapter. Try to solve the word problem type questions by taking daily life examples to simplify the question.
You have to be very careful while calculating the data and drawing graphs for the Statistics chapter of NCERT. Always remember to write the range of the x-axis and y-axis separately on the top right corner of the graph. Use a sharpened pencil and scale for drawing your graph neatly.
